We are bringing a variety of delicious pork products to our markets and CSA customers. We have raised a variety heritage breeds in the past three years but our absolute favorite is the Gloucester Old Spots. They are such a good breed that we wanted to breed our own. In the past year we bought a boar(Gregor) and a sow(Blossom) and have had one litter with another on the way!
